I learned with all three boys: there’s some male psychology that once they notice who they mess with will fight back—they back away….regsrdjess of who wins or loses.

I couldn’t stand this psychology. I always jumped in to stop fights-always.

Finally my husband asked—let them be. When a younger son would fight back to the older—they would stop the nagging and pestering.

I couldn’t stand it; one of the aspects of raising boys I didn’t enjoy.

I can’t stand conflict.
