Im a largely social creature….but as I age—greatly enjoying my time alone. But in with you: we are not islands.

I think with writing—in trying to learn this difficult art—I enjoy enormous pleasure in wrestling with the pieces and seeing what it becomes after hours of work. However I would lie if I didn’t admit: the icing on the cake is it being —understood—by just one reader.

It’s the putt in the hole—the interaction in the classroom that makes a student go—ahhh….it is incredibly rewarding.
