I was kept on hold for an hour yesterday trying to get a Cinépolis gift card activated at which point —line just dropped and I was disconnected, mind you i tried the previous day for 30 mins and had given up.

I was cursing this country quite a bit…but you’ve handled all of this far too well and incredible humor!
