I think/know sounds heal….because of my connection to music. I learn so much from each of you willing to share and open up your journeys…thanks for trusting us. While I don’t understand most of this, you’re right that we would need to recognize there’s a lot to each of us we don’t tap into. There’s so much about our minds and spirits that we barely scratch the surface of….

Thanks for the link, I began listening to The Gayatri Mantra…I will listen again but when I’m out on a walk when by myself. I was intrigued by the title spiritual narcissism, a talk he had—I must listen to that!
