I think I've done this FOREVER - and reading this just stuns me to the realization...I've never really thought about this.

I've always placed a deadline for something to happen to look better for an event, season, or outfit - what have you.

But if I just said - no end date, it almost does remove stress - but yet adds the reality check: we want it for life. The yo-yo, up and down - is SO FREAKING tiring.
