I think for poetry, you're granted the room and space...I hope readers will especially hit the audio button then to help poetry writers so that it registers as a read.
Bella here's a suggestion: come up with three or four versions of what you place at the bottom, each time focusing on something different. So readers will actually read if they sense it's "short" and something "they've not seen before."
Many add these - so we all think, "I've seen one - I've seen them all!" You want to diffentiate and make sure they read and see what you want them to.
Create the 3 or 4 in a document and then copy and paste them into articles on a rotating basis to encourage your readers to slowly check it out and not lose your "read" time.
Poems are being boosted, but I think they are picking ones that do not have too much stuff at the bottom (emphasis on "think"), so I'm trying to make sure you get noticed while helping you to use the bottom effectively.
