I love and admire your attitude through all of it!
I’ve had so much on my mind, and I’ll be on the road for 8 hours today; I so wanted 7 hours of sleep, woke up at 3:30, and tried to focus on breathing and kept my eye patch on—-still nope. The brain was alert—so I’m up finishing some reading and journaling.
I’m starting to struggle with interrupted sleep—and I always boasted of great and easy sleep.
Age said, “I’ll show you!”😜
Well done on turning it around…. Thanks for the tips you shared. I’ve been using melatonin here and there—ugh it makes me have deep dreams and not sure if I’m fully on board with it.
