I know I need to do this…and you’re so kind to offer help.
Following to read more advice!

I did an extreme keto in 2018 three months and lost most if not all of 23 pounds…I was at a good size although I could have probably lost another 10

Fast forward to today and I’ve gained it all back and some….but I knew that if I didn’t stay off carbs this would happen and I did SO for about 18 months…

COVID quarantining and an international move and stress and stopping work—all brought the comfort of carb back into my life

My metabolism is shot
I know it; I’ve read so much and in the end—just as you shared here:
I just need to eliminate most of that rice, bread…pasta/noodles is the least of my concern—I actually barely eat pasta. That’s the one thing keto did for me…

I keep negotiating in my head, I keep thinking 200 carb calories after fasting and then maybe 200 rice with dinner is just not that big of a deal….

Welp…my weight loss is not moving—so I must.

It’s the self negotiating of how much I want that’s destroying my efforts….
