I just love the imagery of your property, every time you write about in the stories, it just sounds like the best escape from worry and sadness.

I remember seeing/reading the news of the wildfires in 2020, so it's surreal reading this first-hand account of what it was like to flee.

I've thought sometimes about what I would take if there was a flood or some natural disaster, and I go straight to photos too...and a hard drive I've transferred a lot of info on over the years. But I know in the moment - who does any kind of rational thinking? LOL...
