I have to do this. For now, the past three months - I've set a monthl goal -- and I won't lie - I don't make lofty goals, because out of fear of not missing goal. I want to meet the goal - which I'm probably shooting too low...I'm giving myself 6 months to develop some key habits, and then I'm going to do what you said here and divide a large goal into different levels. This is a great suggestion to do my first days in Dec. Thanks for the push!
