I have never understood how an editor, reads, edits and publishes—and doesn’t even offer courtesy…

…s of submissions and we’re all busy people. Nonetheless, it’s frustrating for hard-working writers. And some of those publications are supposed to carry the cream of the crop in terms of submissions, so you might think the editors would try to check all stories, and clap, so we know they’ve passed by.
