I don't think I had read the early beginnings of how it all started...how telling and sad that so many of us start with unhealthy views of our bodies - our paths all take their unique path from those signals, but I i'll tell you - even if I didn't do the drugs...the mental pathway to learning to love ourselves -- seems similar. In many ways - you've reached a healthier place than I have....
