I don’t know what stage I’m in, but avoidance has largely taken over—you know the sticking-ones-head -in-the-sand thingy….

And there’s some vengeance—let it all come a tumbling if that’s what they wanted—and it’s shameful to admit, so I write it to expose my ugly feelings…but I’m mostly tired, and frustrated I’m here in this country to witness this.

And I want to help and feel exhausted and hopeless. So yeah…I need time still to figure out—how do we live in this —-next…..
