I don't know that I'm successful - but I have your exact mindset about these coaches - and hey, if they can help others, have at it...but I'm the last one opened to these "life coaches" that spring up from nowhere! ;-)

I'll take the 90 year old one who was married at least once, parented at least 2, worked at least two jobs, traveled, loved, lost, gained and lost again....just the whole messy ball of wax...and he/she probably wouldn't take a dime to just say: hey, hang in there, it'll get better - just try to eat better and move a little more Nat! 😜
