I do not understand deception as a temporary fix. Perhaps a momentary reflex when you can’t say the truth, but a father as a mother deserve to know their children and vice versa. Each can judge the other on their own. Going to jail or rather no reason would keep me from telling my children who their father was. If that man was good enough for me to sleep with, then the least I can do is be truthful to whose genes also led to their birth.
