I’m glad I read this story—as I did not know. Thanks for honoring him —it’s so hard to imagine that level of hate is alive and well. It is mind boggling that I’m living to witness this when as a child I believed to have grown up on a modern world that no longer judged people by color, gender, religion, ability—age…and here we are.

Thanks for reminding us all—stay alert and be present—
