Somehow, this woman, decided that I was at fault for the housing crisis. She had bought the house from me, and paid in cash, now 3 years later, when all house values had fallen, she got a lawyer to take up her cause, and she sued me for selling a house “that wasn’t worth the price she paid for it.”
