These ladies don't speak or read in English, so I'm covered! LOL...But - I don't have my last name in Medium for that exact reason for now. I want some freedom but yet with a little effort, anyone can figure out who I am.

The one lady who left who does speak English - would laugh and appreciate what I told them.

If I were in her shoes, I would have at least sent a text - just as I feel they each should send her a text - if they really want to know about her.

I feel she's the one who introduced me to them - she left me connected to them, and then everyone is trying to figure each other out - and I'm here wondering: why can't people speak up for themselves?

I left high school FAR too long ago! 🤣

I'm not always straightforward, to be honest; I want to think I'm better at being clear, but my nature is to avoid conflicts.

I think that's why I loved this moment so much - and why I felt compelled to write about it. Perhaps - celebratory. ;-)
