I am so with you on that DM!

That's where I too would break away and disagree with my colleagues who would come to teach in the most casual look; while I appreciate the comfort and love me a pair of jeans -- I wanted the students to know that I took my job seriously. I dressed the part - taking pride in what I did and what my role was.

And it 100% affected my mental state - just getting dressed up for work, prepared me to feel and treat my day with professionalism.

And 100% in my early days when we look like the students - oh hell naw - that would have just made it all worse! LOL - remember those days! 🤪
