I agree with you - I do not write every day - or rather, I do not publish every day; it is simply unrealistic and a waste of my reader's time. Life indeed happens and what we are each willing to put out there publicly truly varies from person to person. Good post and reminder - we don't all have to feel pressured to write every day.
