Keep up the great work you do - I can't say I have any advice about referred members, I was frankly surprised I even got one - because I do very little to no call of action. I do paste the link given to me by Medium and have kept it simple; I think it's a reward for writing a good article that reaches external views: so curated and of value. Two things that require hard work and lots of practice...here's to more referred members!!
