Hi Cristina!
Here are some answers from me (a 3-month-old partner program participant...not anywhere near expertise level)
1. Other than claps and familiarity with the story, there is no area where the articles are read; this is another reason why I love when authors leave the most recent read as their top pin: easy to find especially when we are repeat readers)
2. Tags will not appear on your computer / they appear only on the app. However, what the tag is doing for the "algorithm" and web searches is that it allows your article to be found if one of those tags is sought.
As for changing your tags:
Go to the top three dots of your published article
Click Story Settings
Scroll down to "Readers Interest" --
here is where you will see the tags and you can update
3. the big question -- yikes!
Have a consistent, well-thought-out system that dictates how, when and where you publish; be sure that headlines are exceptional (this is hard and takes so much practice); format all articles properly; write articles that you believe will reach an audience that you aim for; read, clap, comment and work on your writing. ....that's a brainstorm and nothing simple nor what I'm 100% sure of...just some thoughts of what I've been noticing!
Best wishes! Happy writing!!!
