Hi Carolyn, it’s been two years and I still am somewhat afraid of poetry and allowing myself to write it. I fear so much judgement—not from others, but I just define it as the “untouchable type of writing.”

I’d love to request being added, and would like to give this prompt a go…when there are few restrictions it provides me the space to learn. I have no problems at all if editors or you feel what I submit is not suitable—so let me preface, keep your publication standards as you always do. I will begin this year attempting to write poetry and allow it to breathe and evolve as I learn.
