Btw love that you’re trying to get sleep and I must say, I so easily fall asleep and I don’t sleep enough. I force myself to stay up and it’s a terrible, truly terrible habit. Two years now trying to be better…but 2024 im hell bent on making sure I be better at sleeping adequately .with consistency. …that’s the hard part. Thanks for reminding how stupid it is to not sleep enough…
