Boosts are being neglected bc the projected earnings wouldn’t be payable by perhaps dropping income—people have complained of smaller views—so medium will always adjust to make sure it can pay what it has to…..

Entirely a guess.

I bet your selection rubric is not wrong—just they’re boosting less….for a moment until numbers pick up.
