Maybe - if they read more of those books, they would have reasoned that and saved themselves the frustration.
But what's sad for the "followers of the banning movement" is that the "heads of the banning movements" know that it's entirely a decoy...it's an invention for their followers to hold onto and fight for: it has the elements they needed: religion, freedom, race - all fiery and emotional triggers: all perfect to help distance their followers from
Rational thought.
Those leading the movement - could truly care less about what anyone reads. They are masterminds at coming up with hot-button issues...and since abortion lost it's "wind" being that they have a win, it was time for something new.

The whole banning of books and voting rights has me extremely frustrated...to say the least.
