Climate change and failure of proper planning has the state in a water crisis.

Irony?? Painful right?? It’s the feast and famine of climate change—-some areas getting slaughtered by floods, we are dying for any drop.

I’m completely on your side: we are not shouting loud enough! The world is at danger snd it’s time all governments make necessary lasting changes to halt global warming.
