By the way -- I think 4 minutes are a sweet spot...as Sara, I just hit 6 min on my last and I tried and should have done better to take off a minute.

To those I'm dedicated to-- I will read your long ones, and will hit the audio to make I do correctly - because I will always take a break in between when over 10 .minutes long.

btw 23 mins?!! Excessive. Not for Medium -- heck I don't know where that works....in a book right??
