Bernie, I’m so so happy for you and that you’ve stuck with Medium—I would notice how it would get quiet in your corner but then you’d publish one that was always a joy and relief: “oh goody, she’s still with us!”…

I’ve always been such a big fan and hope Medium will continue to be rewarding for you. Congrats on the $100 club!!! So well deserved!!

At the six month mark missing some folks who have bowed out, I do see how the first year is the most challenging. It may stay that way in other aspects as we lose some tribe members, but I think what’s important is to keep adding.
I’m at the mark where I can see how much time medium requires, I hope to learn to manage that better as time continues.
