Being transparent in any relationship (monogamous and polyamorous) is key.

Neither guarantees a lasting relationship and both have the potential to be extremely satisfying.

I think it does great harm to call out the other as less than.

While there are aspects of polyamorous relationships that are foreign to me, it doesn’t prevent me from appreciating its validity, respecting and appreciating that it makes others happy.

In the same vein, it can be disproven that monogamous relationships are riddled with jealousy and low self esteem.

I think it’s fantastic that both men and women are being honest with themselves and their sexual needs/desires and forming relationships that suit what they seek. I say all power to them!

They are plenty who have been honest and work intimately for monogamous relationships to work. Ignorance or being unaware that they exist doesn’t make them absent.

Thanks for the dialogue, Jessey! 🫶🏽
