I think so many aspects of society teaches us to push it down and be quiet and trek on…I’ve seen the long term effects of what happens when the trauma can no longer be contained.

I’m so happy this ángel was there for you and more importantly, that you picked up the phone. How telling that those closest to you so quickly dismissed it….it reminded me if my hurt this summer from whom I thought was a close friend. It truly is a kick to the gut like no other.
