Aw you took me back to a couple of the overnight dance trips I did - and literally you read that right : couple. So hats off to the fact you're doing this for years...
All the dance battles, band practice/competitions, track meets - there's clearly 2 years of time if we add up just the driving and waiting hours...

Celeste Wilson is a writer that I know went over the herbal oils that helps for a better sleep - I'll have to go look it up...but melatonin is natural and my son has used for years when needed.
