Aw Mitch—it’s so kind of you to chime in and be so supportive even when I know most of you truly don’t look at the numbers. I would have been happy with 50 claps over crickets—and so thanks for comment.

15 may not necessarily be a number that converts to better results, it is just where I need to see if two things occur: I find joy and passion writing that many and if it keeps me at a pace that I find supportive of me being a reader in Medium.

I need to start doing hours of work outside of medium —and that’s unclear to me now. So—one can at least set some goals and work on a plan and see where it all falls.
