I'd ask you a million more questions before I gave you my personal advice, but I think many below here have shared some great advice.

My concern from what I've learned about you: you (like me) have little to zero tolerance for the fundamentalist on the political spectrum - and for your own well-being and peace of mind, if you are going to live together - this means you need clarity and they need to be aware of that. How you approach and share that - IF you are going to live together is the tricky part.

Questions for you: do you have reservations because you'll have to be around and listen to his views? Do you have reservations because your daughter will be married to someone with those views? Which could you live with or not and why?
