At the start of this essay, earlier in the day when I began to read it, I had a hundred possible ideas.

I got to this line and you made me realize how there are cases when we can’t do anything—and I want to encourage you that you’ve done far more than many:
Revisiting it as you have may seem fruitless—but we never quite know when and which nudge stays implanted long enough to germinate the action—

I kinda of think of it like those of us who don’t lose weight when we know we need to and have to.

Suggestions/advice and how to—are endless; everywhere.

Point is: will we ever care enough to actually do something.

And that inner decision to do something—is different for us all and so difficult to describe.

Sending love and warm wishes someone—or something—reaches Mark to help him get the help he needs.

so sorry to hear of his struggle and pain.

So hoping one day you’ll write and share a positive ending to his story. 🩷
