As you may imagine, I love love love this essay. Beautifully written…it is a rocky road and some have it far rockier than others and still—they love and care for their children in remarkable ways. I think in many ways society has progressed but now with companies doing away with diversity and inclusion—we are seeing a desperate fight to revert to where these opportunities can be taken away.
