When I first arrived on Medium two years ago as a reader only, I loved your work - but it's funny how once we jump in as a writer and join the partner program, the reciprocation begins and well a path is formed, and the ones I used to read before I jumped in as a writer fell off my radar - anyhow, a very long comment to say:

You have such a unique name and presence, and so I had to come visit! LOVED this article and your wise, on-point advice that I hope many learn from. I know I did, even as one who has been here 18 months now -- very refreshing to read!
