Are you ever hired to be the judge of these dishes? Of any culinary contest? (Which I don't even know if such a thing exists...but reading this made me wonder - she would make an amazing food judge!)

You clue me into designs and art in food I don't think i would ever see or eat...but I can assure you, if I ever do - you are the first person I will think of and smile!

Just don't expect poetry to ooze out as it does you...but I'll savor it FO SHO! ;-)
