An honorable and very well written —reasonable and sound—argument as to why we are all truly in the majority when it comes to some basic common ground that we rarely point out bc we are busy arguing about hot button topics that truly have to do with individual choices and shouldn’t even be legislative—heck we shouldn’t even be arguing about it! Politician is happy to keep us all arguing meanwhile they feed themselves and pass the laws for the lobbyist groups that fed their campaign: the rich and powerful stay rich and powerful and the greater population fighting as IF those politicians cared.

They don’t. Never have and won’t.

Many a few do—I shouldn’t lump them all.
