When I started, I started my spreadsheet—it keeps me accountable and I make sure I’m spreading the love!
I’ve had a draft in the making dealing with what you’re talking about; it’s been in holding for over a month and I just haven’t had the gumption to let go as I thought it was “a me thing”….

Meanwhile, another tip: I kept a tab of those whose handle is different to their names because I too follow a “M&Z” and they were very hard to find, I’m probably too because I only use my last name…

Once you populate the handle—then it’s found….yes, annoying and cumbersome.
