All valid questions and suggestions that, as you pointed out, you'll need to decide how much you wish to share. I think there are pros and cons to both sides...I omitted my last name, although I'm fairly easy to find with details and information I've shared. But I'm ready to share all I have...and I always say: if family and friends read this, can you stand by what you said? And for the most part, yes. I really would rather none read...but I will say, it's freeing to be able to write without holding back.

I get a feeling most have pen names here, and if they don't - we don't read personal details about their lives.
