How the universe brought me to read this essay when you had a few others more recent I could have read is uncanny…

A very close friend has been diagnosed with cancer and she’s not necessarily opening up to the light—and yet I honor the fact that each person has their own unique journey ….my conflict has been at what point do I keep respecting while at the same time pushing her to please receive gratitude, love and beauty of this life and world that is readily seen—just as you described in your beautiful essay!!!—this and so much this—

I don’t doubt fears will shake us all and have us respond in different ways…I’m learning as an outsider that this journey too of being interconnected and helping us all still hope and fight for this beautiful journey—is one I’m struggling with.
