Agreed; to be fair, my son is a senior—he’s neurodivergent, so he’s not quick on his feet and not as mature as his peers socially…perhaps to another senior it would have created a thought provoking conversation….

So I had to do my best to equip him and frustratingly these are the ones I want to talk about before he’s “in” the middle of them….and I’m frustrated that I can’t prepare him fast enough —

So was grateful to have the conversation and he told me he learned a lot too.

It’s another post or two to explain where I am with him and his development—but it’s a bit complex.
