Accurate —I concur.

Medium’s platform runs an easy “10” when it comes to ease of writing and publishing.

However as a platform to manage one’s followers —two-way, as well as publications or even subscribers—
It’s terribly inefficient.

I’m still annoyed I can’t sort follower list by last name or date they followed, and I certainly can’t easily see who I follow in as useful way…

A list of publications and followers—also makes sense.

What I think they can do to make manageable: pick the top 500-1000 that are active. They can easily define that by say a post a day at the minimum—give those pubs more visibility and let’s see them listed! Love your idea by niche or topic and even tell us which don’t have!

The “useability” (making up a word) of Medium as a writer to understand people who follow us as well as searching publications has a lot to be desired for.
